Registration and submission deadline: 25.10.2022.
It is allowed to register for participation with a report by on-line presentation or submit video recorded presentation.
Participation without report
Deadline for registration: 30.10.2022
Technical exhibition
Professionals and companies wishing to participate in the symposium and the exhibition need to contact the organizers to specify the space and equipment needed.
Online submission
Deadline for Full papers: 25.10.2022.
- All reports must be registered through the EasyChair system;
- To submit a paper through EasyChair, you need to have an account or register as a new user;
- After logging in, you can submit your paper from the New Submission menu;
- Fill in the authors, the title and the abstract of the paper. Add keywords and topic to which it belongs; Indicate the author who will present the paper;
- Select the type of presentation of the paper: Oral, Online / Video, Poster;
- Attach a file with the full paper in Word format (doc, docx);
- After registering a report, it will be available in your account. You can edit the submitted information from the menu to the respective paper through the options: Update information, update authors, Add file;

Senior citizens, students and students participate in the meetings and the exhibition free of charge.
